Functions, venue hire and events at Singa

As we peaked toward the end of 2017, we are well aware of the preparations for staff functions and events. We at Singa Lodge had a successful 2016 with many corporate and private functions being hosted at our luxury lodge. 

We customise menus to suit your price and dietary requirements and have a professional team ready to deliver a seamless event. We can seat 40 guests for a plated dinner, or accommodate up to 60 guests for canapes and platters. This can be accommodated to be indoors or outdoors and is weather dependent. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, tea, sundowners or evening functions, Singa’s function and conference menus are customised to meet your dietary requirements and preferences, and all snacks and meals are prepared on site by our superb chef.

Day Safari - Team Building

We have recently added the option of being transferred from our lodge to our sister property Hlosi Game Lodge to incorporate Day Safaris as team building exercises. Guided by an experienced ranger on an open Land Rover, Hlosi Game Lodge offers an experience aimed at providing visitors with an experience of the diverse wildlife and landscape including The Big 5. Drinks & Eats

Treat your team to a triple tasting menu including drinks, eats and a brief presentation on the menu. This is a great way to end a conference or can be added to your venue hire or meal at Singa. If your staff are feeling rather peckish, we can upgrade the bite-sized meal to a full portion meal instead - the price of this option will be changed accordingly,

MasterChef Challenges

Do you have a colleague who always has the best lunches? Challenge them to a Masterchef extravaganza! At Singa Lodge, we have compiled small challenges where groups can participate in food challenges such as sushi making contests, potjiekos challenges and even concocting cocktails. Each team will be provided with cooking utensils, products for the challenge and will each have a designated area and time to complete the challenge.
